all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have  ( even just one thing is a positive step )

Visit on a regular basis to change how you think.

  • I am so pleased I am reasonably healthy

    I can see a doctor

    I can access a dentist

    I have more than enough food and can wlak into a supermarket and choose what I want

    I have a family

    I have a job

    I have a pet dog

    I have a garden

    I can walk

    I can talk

    I can see

    I can think 

    I am alive !
