This is a technique to change how you think to the more positive.

all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have  ( even just one thing is a positive step )

  • Gratitude works!

    Mine are: today is a free day! No students. A period of grace before the treadmill is in full swing again. 

    My flight back was smooth and it wasn't at 1 in the morning for a change.

    I got my new passport! From that point of view Brexit can't touch me any more. 

    Yesterday was a bright and sunny day. Today it isn't but it is worth remembering that there are bright and sunny days.

    2. I had a fantastic dream last night

    3. chopped up some more fire wood while listening to Graham Norton

    4. i can hear, a clock ticking, the water running in the pipes, and my dog barking to get in :) gotta go
