*TRY THIS * The Gratitude Thread - a "Change Thinking" technique

This is a technique to change how you think to the more positive.

all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have  ( even just one thing is a positive step )

here's mine today ( Below )

Visit on a regular basis to change how you think. 

Parents
  • Positivity on the forum what a fabulous idea Slight smile

    1. My husband and my 3 daughters (and a grandson on the way too!).

    2. My friends.

    3. Autistic solidarity and support through a few autistic friends of mine and the autistic women’s group that I run locally.

    4. A roof over my head.

    5. Food (too much, I totally overstocked for Christmas and new year) in my freezer/fridge/cupboards.

  • yes no 4 ( i was homeless once ) yea I am blessed to have a roof over my head. Happy new year

    Ah! My husband would be absolutely lost without my own brand of slightly crazy to navigate every day Wink

  • I became homeless by accident(+autistic behaviour) in England (Stratford upon Avon). It changed my life because I saw the scale of homeless in England. I also saw the beauty of England as I moved on foot from one village to another moving North to Liverpool. So what started as negative became an eye opening and enlightening experience. Eventuality I made it back home. Best Holiday ever !
