Work - home transition

How do you transition between work and home? It usually takes me few hours to go into “home mode” after work and when I finally start to relax it’s already time to go to bed. At work I need about 1-2 hours to go fully into “work mode” (I can’t really focus on work until I had my morning coffee break) but “work mode” to “home mode” is more difficult, probably because I’m more stressed after work. Work itself is ok but I find working with one of my coworkers very difficult and stressful - unfortunately there’s no way to avoid working with that person unless I change job, which is something I’m thinking about at least once a week (but don’t really want to do it) Anyway, I keep telling myself: relax, don’t care, it doesn’t matter what’s happened at work, you’re at home now, enjoy. But it’s not working.
