Overwhelmed, Confused and Feeling very alone.

Hello, First off I just want to say hello to everyone am not really sure how to proceed now so Ill just lay it out.

I have been told am Autistic, but am still waiting for my letter from Hill House In birmingham that gose into more detail. I was told the basics and sent on my merry way. am a 40 yr old male and really I don't know what this means in my day to day life or what's going on to tell you the truth. Am more confused now than I was before I went. My CPN says I can't get help from them so I really dont know were to turn or to help myself am fealing VERY overwhelmed and confused. so I have a few questions if I may.

1. Were do  I go from here.

2. Is there help out there for me to help myself.

3. Is this normal fealing wise and experance wise.

It's strange were I live have 0 help for autistic people. at the moment am very Isolated people scare me so its hard for me to get out there and interact with them. maby that needs its own topic : / I just kinda feel that no matter what I do people are gonna yell at me. kinda strange coming from a 40 yr old male.

    There definitely isn't enough support out there for autistic people. It's not strange at all - it's hard when people don't understand you, especially if you feel you're going to be yelled at all the time.

    Hopefully this forum will be a really helpful outlet for you. There are lots of people who understand here Slight smile
