  • NA S62562, why not try to make small changes to your situation by going for a short walk for a minute or two from your home then returning? This way, by repeatedly doing it, you will learn to tolerate your anxiety and be able to take long walks. But these things take time, and you need to be persistent. Even the sign of a little progress may boost your self-confidence and lead to more significant victories.
