Tim Vine is great for that. Literally non-stop. He holds the record for most one-liners in an hour, I think he still does anyway.

For this Post from Me, Look up: "Ronnie Barker" or "The Two Ronnies", to get a lot of proper puns... Puns and Wordplay were the the mainstay of Entertainment, once.... Y'know, back in those old days of Television, in Black and White, and when this was all Fields...(!) Sorry if I missed the point of this Thread! Comedy like that/this is a rare Art, nowadays.

Today I was listening to the radio live comentary on the Sheffield United Vs Sheffield Wednesday match.
One person said, " the first half was even, the second half is even worse".

I am sarcastic....but have realized I don't always recognize sarcasm when other use it...
In terms of TV etc, I don't really like much comedy these days....I liked clever witty things like Blackadder, but just don't like most modern comedy that thinks if you swear it's automatically hilarious.
Can't stand "banter" either.
