With exercise I've sort of started to build up a routine. I'm doing some mild Tai Chi, and I do some time on the heavy bag each day. I don't go to the gym though, I haven't got any near me without flourescent lighting, and I'm a bit of a hermit due to my nerves at the moment. Once I do get into a routine, I'm pretty much extremely driven. I went to extremes in my teens and early twenties with exercise, and training.
I think that the thing with a lot of autistic people, in my opinion anyway, is that we find it hard to start something, but once we do we find it hard to stop.
It's a pretty ironic situation. You might be finding it hard to start now, but there's a danger that when you do get into your stride, you might take it to the extreme the other way.
