My employer was trying to deny my aspergers is a disability in an employment tribunal. The tribunal dismissed this argument and my employer now accepts that this is a disability.
They are now keen to settle.
Its not over yet but it just goes to show that even if an employer doesn't take aspergers seriously....an employment tribunal judge will.
congratulations! I have a horrible feeling I am going to have to go through this. Well done although you must be feeling totally exhausted! My employers are treating me pretty much the same way.
My advice is to do all HR related communications via email. Say its your preferred method of communication as a result of your aspergers if needs be. You really need to try and be one step ahead at all times.
