Virtual Jukebox

Today I've been relaxing by playing music I listened to in the past (my youth!)

Here's one such song (Supertramp: Logical Song) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ukKQw578Lm8

Do reply with a song you liked listening to... we can turn this thread into a virtual jukebox!

Parents
  • One of my many favourite groups (and my very favourite 'girl groups' is Mediaeval Baebes.

Formed before the Spice Girls and still going strong (although with a rather fluid set of members but always with Katherine Blake, the founder and director - but then you wouldn't expect the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to keep the same membership either!)

I had a job to choose a track for them, there are so many good ones.  But I chose this one.  They frequently sing in other tongues, and often in Old English, but this one is sung in Cornish, and all the better for that. In English it would and does not have the same beauty at all.  The song is a setting of The Lords Prayer ... but don't let that put you off!
