Did anything good happen today? September 2018

Well the postman brought an NHS e-referral service letter so I can book an appointment for assessment. I asked my GP about 2/3 weeks ago if he would refer me... and it seems like he didn't let me down!

Do you have any flexibility at work? I got my appointment faster than average by going on a cancellation list. 

About a start a new teaching job on Monday (eek!) so ideally an appointment in the school holidays would be the perfect solution.  

However my boss seems a good egg and I tend to work with a number of autistic kids, so having a tutor on the spectrum works to the schools benefit in terms of working with and understanding the kids.

Thank you.  I joined the forum a year ago and was looking at going privately as scared of the waiting time! The assessment would be in Bristol quite a way from where I'm based but worth it!..
