Did anything good happen today? September 2018

Greetings, Miss Song-Wall. The "Good Thing" for today (not September yet, though)... is that you were well and composed enough to begin this good new Thread about Good Things -again. Perhaps it should become a good and regular fixture for this Forum. The description has changed again, more towards good again, which is good... I visited my sister.  First face to face meeting since Christmas.

My mental health advisor was shocked that we live in the same city, yet not visit each other.

She recommends weekly visits for coffee.

I used to visit my sister less than 2 miles from me - unfortunately, she's a classic narcissist so she fries my brain in so many ways that i cannot process how anyone can live like she does.

We had a bust-up in March 2017 and very little contact since - unless she wants to use me for something. Which I now refuse so she has no use of me anymore. Suits me.

I saw my (twin) brother a month ago - him and his wife had a few drinks and became quite offensive so that'll do for another year or so.

Parents are dead so I'm on my own.
