Thursday is the day I leave the house and travel alone on a bus and a train for my CBT appointment. Yes, my fellow humans tomorrow I shall walk amongst you.

  • Worst thing that happened to me today was completely unexpected. As a reward to myself after the CBT i usually go into a sushi takeaway place and buy a £6.19 box of sushi and salad. It''s usually the same woman who serves me but today she was very unpleasant. I think it must be because I rarely smile or make eye contact or perhaps I missed some important bit of non verbal communication. Anyway there are hundreds of other sushi shops in london. I just need to learn to be a bit thicker skinned around people like that.
