This is nothing to do with hunger. In fact, I have no idea why I feel the need to chew so often.

Does anyone have any experience of this, please? There is something called sensachew toys. Has anyone tried these and do they help?

my 9 yr old chews things, we were recomended chewlery but its a bit girly for him, I was looking a the dog tags but unsure if i should get soft or hard, she still has all his baby teeth, can anybody recomend which would be best, its all new to me.
