(Can't Stand) Taking Tablets

I can't swallow em. I get traumatised by em. If so how do peole get round it? 

I just refuse to take medication thats not liquid. Im a bit funny with food texture too.

  • I couldn't swallow tablets at all when I was younger, my mum used to crush them up into a powder and mix them in with juice, it tasted foul but it was better then trying to swallow them whole. I can take them now if they are coated, those dry powdery ones make me gag but I can force myself to take them if I have to (although I tend to break them into smaller bits now still)
