I received today a free pair of bamboo socks. They seem very soft and hopefully they will be comfortable.

Bamboo clothing seems to be quite expensive.

Does anyone have experience of wearing bamboo clothing?

    Where did you buy the socks?

    I received my free pair from BAM (Bamboo Clothing). According to their catalogue, bamboo fabric is:

    1. Luxuriously soft
    2. thermo controlling
    3. UV protective
    4. suits sensitive skin
    5. antibacterial
    6. moisture wicking

    Based purely on the socks I received, I agree with 1,2, 4 and 6. I cannot comment on 3 and 5.

    I have just bought some bamboo socks that were in the sale and have just washed them ready for their first wear.  Maybe we need to start a review section for bamboo clothing.
