I just want to say hi to everyone Slight smile

I'm mum to a 20 year old boy with high functioning ASD (Asperger Syndrome). I found this forum whilst looking for a bit of support (mainly with aggression and violence issues) from similar people.  Hopefully I can return the favour too!

    My experience with my son was more of hyperactivity and high risk activities.At the age of five, he was non verbal, hyperactive and involved in high risk activities and very selective when it comes to food items.His attention span was very short and could not be taken in a conventional school. He has had no prescription drugs or any dietary restriction. But today he is quite verbal, attends a conventional school and doing relatively well.At 13 years, he has just finished grade seven..If you believe in God as I do, then I will say that my son had healing from God.  If you do not believe in God, then take it that these symptoms could also be self-resolving without any prescription drugs or dietary restrictions.
