I was diagnosed with Asperger's 10 years ago. My counselor recently suggested that I should look for a forum.

Right now my counselor thinks these forums would be a good idea as I don't socialise well in society, I've been isolated for quite a while now and just started getting back out there recently this year, but I still struggle with depression. We both feel these forums could be potentially good for me as I may find like minded people. I'm not entirely sure what I need right now,
