    Today I helped my ex with a problem she's been having with employment law. It was pretty difficult but we made progress. I also made an appointment with my Autism worker to introduce me to another Autistic person who has built a new life since they found strategies to cope and give me some strategies.

    More trivially....

    I won the Eastern Conference on NBA Live, programmed a nice string sound on a synth and managed to go for a day without having to sit in a dark room for an hour or so.

    Today was pretty good.
