14yr old talkative, mood swings, communication issues

My daughter is a lovely talkative bouncy girl who is definitely on the spectrum but no diagnosis. Where do we start!!

she has opened up that she feels angry before she leaves her bedroom in the morning because she hates the whole verbal “ good morning ritual “ so now we acknowledge her but accept she won’t reply.  She goes to school and masks extremely well, almost too well as she’s so talkative and bubbly - no issues raised from teachers. ( parents evening always positive)

She gets home, exhausted and the low mood comes, she gets upset because she doesn’t want to not talk and doesn’t know why it happens. It’s a struggle as a family, I am more adaptable to it than her father ( he struggles with the whole thing really) so I’m piggy in the middle trying to manage conflict. Trying to keep everything calm.   She has a particular fork she wants to eat with, have to have set meals for certain day, only likes certain things and can’t manage change. If we go to a new venue she has to know what it’s like before we go, she will always pick a specific seat the table in a restaurant and if it’s too busy you can see her shutting down. I am at a loss as to where to start! She has lots of direct quirks, which makes her the beautiful soul she is, but it’s debilitating for her….. she has no set hobby as looses interest, she’s ‘bored’ because every task out hobby suggested is boring, too hard or what’s the point!  She used to swim twice a week but a shoulder injury stopped that, but won’t do another sport. She’s argumentative and doesn’t accept if she’s wrong, she gets frustrated with school work and meltdowns at homework which I am worried about as she approaches year 10!  She is hormonal aswell.  I just want to her to feel happy, but when she is home she just unravels into someone she doesn’t want to be, and has feelings she doesn’t want, she doesn’t want to be angry, tearful, blunt with no filter…… help a mom out please…. Where do I begin?
