Teen awaiting panel review

My 17 year old daughter is awaiting a panel review we are at the 2 year mark since autism referral (even though been since about 11 year old been seeking professional help)

she had the ados-2 module 4 assessment in April 2025 the report show d she scored 15.

she also had a qb test as part of adhd assessment in 2024 scoring 2.7 inattentive and 2.5 hyperactivity with only 0.1 for impulsivity - school showed showed no issues so couldn’t diagnose at that point.

she is in college and still struggling with panic attacks, struggles with the travel as becomes overstimulated and has travel sickness/headaches and most recently started with involuntary head jerking movements which she couldn’t control and had to get off the bus and walk home

I’m really not sure how to help/support her at the moment, she is often late for college as has poor time keeping and doesn’t like the busier buses. If it’s a topic she feels uncomfortable with or involves sensory issues like someone being close and touching her skin she doesn’t attend college.

anybody have any advice for a mum (im possibly also asd/adhd - I’m under assessment too) who is struggling

does it seem with those test results that a diagnosis is likely? I’m feeling overwhelmed myself!
