Could I be autistic?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here - first time posting.

I don't know if I'm autistic or not. No diagnosis, no idea really. But I've been wondering.

Thing is... I've lived at home with my parents my whole life. Never moved out. Never had a girlfriend. Never had real friends - not ones that last. I only go out when I absolutely have to - like dentist appointments or groceries. That's it. No walks, no coffee runs, no "just popping out". I stay in, do my own stuff, It's easier. The outside world feels... loud. And pointless.

Is that a sign? Or am I just... like this?

Not asking you to tell me what I am - just wondering if anyone else felt the same. Thanks.

  • It's worth looking into it if you think you want to, read about others experiences -everyone is different so you won't have the same things as every thing you see, but see what resonates, research it more. There is a lot of info out there. And it's good to look at other things too, so you can check whether other things fit better as there can be cross over. And feel free to ask questions!
