Im doing my diploma year in college which is the same level as A levels. Last year I was asked if I use AI to write my assignments, which I do not and have not. This year I've now been asked twice to either check or amend my work because of "overuse of AI content" or that it really doesn't sound like my writing. It's gotten to the point one of my teachers has asked me to rewrite whole sections of my assignments with two days notice for something that I have not used any form of AI to help me with. I don't and haven't used ChatGPT, Grammarly, the 'Ask Canva' button, any other AI site like Gemini or anything and I am still being targeted by teachers saying not only does my work sound like AI, but that I have actually overused AI in my work. I research and read entire articles and site pages to learn about what I'm writing in my assignments and then I describe in my own words which I have thought up in my head.
I've seen loads of articles about this happening to neurodivergent students but the fact that my teachers keep accusing me of this is really getting me down and on my nerves. Does anyone else relate to this or has it happened to anyone here because I'm the only one in my class that is getting this pressure from my teachers.
