I plucked up the courage to go to GP - now what?

Hi

I wrote a few weeks ago how I think i may be autistic. I'm 40 and I've never felt like I fit it.

I finally plucked up the courage to go to my GP and I did an online consultation. They've sent me a pile of questionnaires to fill in -

Depression test questionnaire 

Generalised anxiety disorder GAD 7 scale

ADHD scale

AQ 10 Autism quotient.

Does this sound right??? I already know im depressed and anxious. And from what I've read the AQ 10 isn't much use for women? On the AQ 10 I score 6 and it says to "consider a referral if the individual scores more than 6". So does that mean i don't meet the criteria?
