I was referred last year to our local NHS foundation trust neurodevelopmental service for assessment and was told the waiting time is 4 years. I hadn't looked into the Right to Choose at the time as I only heard about it on this forum. Now I've had time to do some research I intend to ask my GP to refer me to Axia for an assessment under the Right to Choose, mainly because Sarah Hendrickx is a consultant there. Before I do, I wondered if any adult, late diagnosed women on the forum used Axia for their assessment and if so, what was your experience - would you recommend them. Any feedback would be much appreciated, many thanks.
