Phew…. Just got my NHS diagnosis.

I was diagnosed as a boy, and STILL don't truly know myself.

Life is not meant to be normal.

But it’s strange isn’t it? 
This morning I’m thinking ‘Well the dr was just telling me what she thought I wanted to hear’……

I’ve covered difficult traits for so long I don’t know how to be any different, even at the cost of my mental health. 
I wish I could just be me.

I was assessed as ASD three years ago aged 67 so know just how you feel.

Knowledge brings understanding which in turn brings peace of mind.

I finally made sense of it all.
