Trouble Drinking Water

Heyy does anyone else struggle with drinking water or even remembering to do so? 

I am hydrated cause i drink other healthy liquids with water in like iced coffee with oat milk and fruit smoothies but drinking water is hard. It can even feel weird or a bit sickening to swallow water but with other liquids it's fine.

  • Yes! I struggle to drink enough anyway and plain water just makes me feel sick.

    I mostly drink tea (including decaf and fruit teas), juice, and squash, with the occasional fizzy drink or flavoured water. Tea does seem to help me with staying hydrated because it tastes/feels horrendous when it's cold and that gives me the motivation to drink it all while it's hot. Otherwise I really struggle to drink enough because I don't always realise I'm thirsty.

  • That's a good idea with hot tea. For me i prefer homemade iced decaf coffee with caramel or gingerbread syrup (sugar free of course) 

    If it keeps you hydrated then that's great!
