Help what help!!

My daughter is 18 moving from child services to adult but adult service won't take her on because she doesn't have in writing about her learning difficulties I'm at a loss. Anyone else experience similar don't know what to do now

Red tape! Grrrrr! Clearly, you are going to have to get it in writing, which is going to be a stress. I'd start with your GP.
