my son has just been diagnosed with ASD at the age of 25. After years of having treatment for acute anxiety and being on medication for depression we have now have to find the best way to go forward with this diagnosis. I am my sons main carer, although he does live independently we both find it difficult to try and find the help he needs.. Can anyone point me in the right direction or offer any advice of the best way forward. He is a lovely young man but struggles to cope with change and there is so much information on the site I'm not sure what will be best.
