Help with medical form

Hi all sorry if i've posted this in the wrong place.

My son is 20 and i have just applied for ESA for him. I got a medical form through the post to fill in, and feel like giving up, from the look of the questions there is no way he qualifies :( as they are all asked from a physical point of view. is there any way i can get help filling in this form.

i have tried social services i rang them december before applying for ESA and they said they would send me ssome information through the post i am still waiting :(

Thanks. I might try that but after seartching this site i found a bit of info on the form and it seems the later questions will be more relevent. that will teach me to read things to the end before panicing. :)

I believe that the CAB will help you to fill out forms. Get the local number from online and make an appointment. Hope this helps!!
