Hello all, this is my first post , and its aimed at helping you and your families take back the power you don't think you have , and to tell those in authority who think they are ALL POWERFUL THAT THEY ARE NOT,
1, TAPE RECORD EVERY MEETING , IF THEY SAY NO , REFER TO THE educational additional support act 2004, subsection 31, you can also by law record EVERY NHS PERSON, INCLUDING YOUR OWN G.P
2,...know your rights ...and I mean BY LAW, education additional learning support act 2004, ....read up on this ,
3, other LAWS THAT MAY HELP,... ARE UNRCR ARTICLES,
4, Childers act 2006, human rights act 1998, and the equality act 2010,
5, girfec also became law in March 2014,
Just Google the above laws and you will soon find that by not implementing any acts you have found to be broken, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW,
As parents we have to by law make sure our kids get the help they need , so if you do read from the above acts that either someone from camhs or the school or both have broken any of the above laws make sure you hold them accountable,...the proof will come from the tape recordings and minutes and other information you can get,
It's about time that the laws are scrapped or implemented,
