The mainstream school my son is currently in basically are very lazy at getting the children the help they need. He's had one to one taken off him, doesn't understand even moving his ta into a other classroom will affect him. Won't apply for a ehc because apparently he's making progress but at 8 years he still can't read properly and is on 6 year old work. I've found another mainstream school in the area which looks like it's going to be better for him. Has anyone moved their child and what's you opinions on this?? I need some advice please
