Can anyone recommend a user friendly electric/battery/rechargeable shaver for my adult son to use?
Can anyone recommend a user friendly electric/battery/rechargeable shaver for my adult son to use?
Many thanks for the suggestion - I will investigate!
I have a Philips battery shaver with two floating heads which works very well. Cost about £12 and I have been using it the past ten years. Takes two AA batteries (I use rechargeables) and I don't shave with anything else. I can't wet shave without getting my face covered in blood.
The major brands are Philips, Braun, Remington. They are all similar in reliability. Shop around on the internet - shop prices are often raised so that that they can be heavily discounted in promotions. The promotions are often similar to internet prices. The replacement foils are always expensive but can be got cheaper online. I tend to replace the razor as often as I replace the foils as the foils last for ages and the price difference means that you can get a new razor for little more than the price of the foil.
Is he particularly clumsy or are there any other particular needs he has?
