My son has ASD and I live in Plymouth.  Is there anyone out there that has a child with ASD, any support groups for parents to let off steam and chat.  He is in a main stream school and has been statemented and we see great improvement.  However things like behaviour and even eating are getting to be a problem.

    I don't live in Plymouth but the people who should be able to help you are your county Autism Advisory service (County Council), my Health Visitor put me in touch with the local Parental Support group, ask the school they should be able to signpost you in the right direction. I go to the local NAS group.

    I do have a child with ASD you can always chat to me. I need to let off steam boohoo that's why I am here tonight.
