Hello all,
im a parent of a little boy whos diagnosed with ASD.
Recently he started to get worse and i have to start working part time in order to be able to him Problem is that my work won't allow me to change my contract to part time for the moment.
They have my sons diagnosis. I have asked the social worker to write a letter stating that his needs have changed and it would be advisable to change my working hours but she said she can't do that.
Any ideas what to do? Or who to address? I know theyre not obliged to take it under consideration but it might help?
