Partner cannot cope with my mental health issues.

He has told me he has struggled for many years due to me having mental health issues and possibly having autism - he has been in denial the whole time about it. He has now told me he no longer loves me and felt more like a 'carer' than a partner to me. I dunno why I am telling you guys. I am now at my parents house. I feel very lost, I dunno what to do...

    Oh s&*% Penny, really sorry to hear that. :-(

    Undiagnosed autism and the consequent difficulties of living as a misunderstood and misunderstanding person is hard on everyone and it seems that your partner did not understand and was unable to fix you. 

    Keep talking to us and don't blame yourself or anyone else. s&*% happens but tomorrow is another day and things will get better.
