Hi has anyone had to deal with obsessions around mortality? My son has just turned 4 and is obsessed with getting old. He pulls little tiny hairs from his face as he thinks he is getting a beard and is now refusing to eat as he doesn't want to grow up big and strong and die! We are in tears most nights as it is so sad. Does anyone know what I should tell him? Thank you. X
