Hi everyone,
Im very very happy that I have found a lovely group of people to talk face to face with. I found them through a site called meetups but they are in the planning stages of opening up a facebook page and becoming an officialy recognised group. They were so welcoming and happy to see someone new. It hasn't been running long so it is still a small group and looking for new members from west/central belt of scotland.
I have highly recomended this forum to them and hope that they will join in here as you have all been fantastic help to me since I joined.
Some of the things we talked about no one had an answer to and I kept saying that someone on hear will have the answer! 
I feel so much happier and stronger this morning, this was the first time Ive ever sat down with other people who understand. If anybody is thinking of joining a group but are nervous about it, I would say go for it!!!!!
