  • Hello autismx2,

I know it sometimes all gets too much.  You have a lot going on, so the first stage must be to get yourself as well as you can.  Go to the doctors at your first opportnity tomorrow and discuss getting some help for your depression and anxiety. You need to take care of yourself first, before you can do anything else.

What do you like to do? Think of 1 thing you could do today that makes you feel good and do it. If you like a bath, have one with your favourite bubbles. Enjoy a book? Find a quiet corner and read for a bit. Getting out of the house for a gentle walk can really help.  When you are feeling a little better, then you can deal with everyone else's needs.

If you feel up to it, take child no.2 out and do something fun with them.  Anything that makes you giggle would be good, the sillier the better! Nice deep breaths, you can cope...

    Hope it helps!
