Hi, it can often be the case that organisations such as schools, care providers etc, do not "get autism" because they haven't had enough training or enough good quality training.  When this happens it can feel like bashing your head off a brick wall, time + time again, for little result.  Their brains are non-autistic so they interpret behaviour in a non-autistic way.  Saying all that, do you think it is worth having a meeting with the relevant people at his school to hear what they say + any plans they have to remedy their failings?  Has your son got any support at school, such as a teaching assistant?  Have you considered changing schools at all?  Good luck
