interaction with sibling

Hi, My daughter is almost 3 and has a diagnosis of moderate to severe autism.  She doesn't interact at all with other children. We also have a 6 month old baby who my daughter shows very little interest in. I wondered if people could share their experience of sibling interaction and tell me if it improved as their autistic child grew older.  Thank you.

    i can't really hell a lot but my son is 6 he is currently being assesed for asd and I have a daughter who is 2, my little girl absolutely loves her brother but he has nothing to do with her, he won't sit next to her and hates it if she touches him. When he does talk to her 8/10 times he is shouting at her for touching something of his he will occasionally play with her but only on his terms not if she asks him, 

    it can be very hard and frustrating as I know he does care for her as he worrys if she's not well and if she falls over or gets something he will come and get me to help her or take the item off her but will not do it himself.

    im hoping it will get better as they grow and she comes to understand what he is like but at the mean time I like to take them out to the park together as he seems to enjoy showing her the trees , anything to try and get them interacting a little
