Residential Facilities & communities for autistic adults

I am a UK Permanent Resident and have lived in Asia for a long time. I have a 27-year-old autistic son, and now I am going to move back to the UK. I wanted to get an idea regarding what are the residential facilities I can have for my son, and whether there are parent-driven communities in UK. I am flexible regarding the location and not looking for Government support and can privately payy for the facility.
