Hi, we're flying by Gulf Air on Sunday, I've been trying to get assistance for my daughter who is autistic, I've tried the DPNA code, sent copies of her diagnosis etc.
They said that they want a copy of her disabilities card? As far as I know there's no such thing unless you buy one off the Internet. They refuse to help even though I sent her diagnosis to them. She's receives DLA and has a EHCP at school so its not like I'm trying to make a mountain out of a molehill lol.
Anyone got any advise what I can do next?
All I've asked for is group 1 boarding and a window seat for her, she has a sunflower lanyard that Manchester Airport recognises to speed her through security etc.
Thanks
Raf
