I joined the forum a couple of years ago to ask about the diagnosis process for my daughters. Since then one of them was diagnosed and has been getting some additional support at school. We are about to go for an assessment for my other daughter.
Both of them have been having problems at school and we have been struggling to get them support. During this time I’ve been struggling with the EHCP process and the pain of going through it.
Being as I am a software engineer by trade I started building tools to help myself and decided that they would be useful for other parents too. Given that I have started https://senguru.co.uk with another SEND parent to try to help other families going through the difficult process of acquiring and reviewing an EHCP and all the steps involved in that.
We are preparing to launch our site and are looking for people to test it and give us feedback.
I hope some people will join our mailing list, but I would appreciate any feedback on whether this is useful to people.
