Coaching for a parent of a teenager with ASD, anxiety and depression

Hello,

I have a 15 years old daughter with ASD formally diagnosed by CAMHS in Autumn 2025, history of all sorts of traumas including due to long time masking, now living with significant anxiety incl. social and depression, fatigue, lack of motivation, not attending school and mainly self-isolating at home, spending a lot of time on screen. Suicidal ideation but no immediate plan, in her words doesn’t want to live in this world, not planning to live an ling live and would be easier to die.

Talking and other sorts of therapies were offered to my daughter but she declined, tried medication, didn’t work and made symptoms worse so had to stop and now won’t try another medication and discharged from CAMHS. She is not keen on meeting any new people incl. of her age and including online due to anxiety.

I am looking for coaching support for myself so I can communicate with my daughter day to day in a way that would be therapeutic and will help her to make progress.

I am wondering whether someone might be able to signpost to appropriate services/agencies/professionals with specific expertise in ASD, that would provide this type of support to me, please, I am happy to pay privately if required. Any other advice would be very welcome.

Thank you!
