TMI - Poo

Good Afternoon,

I found this site to see if I can get some advice my 8 year old who is on the pathway for diagnosis for Autism and GDD has started to eat his poo and its all around his mouth. We aren't shouting as him and we're being calm and just cleaning it up but my 3 year old is witnessing this. We have explained to him that doing what he's doing could make him very poorly and also it's not a nice thing to do but he just says I don't care !!. Any suggestions on what I can do to help him please.
