Constantly jumping

Our 3 year old is currently through the diagnosis process and he constantly jumps when he's excited. I know it's just his way of expressing himself but it makes the floor constantly vibrate. Does anyone know any good mats that can help with floor padding?

  • I've had the same issue and spent a lot of money on heavy, rubber, under flooring that was expensive that was meant to help with dampening the vibrations due to jumping but It's not been very effective.
    I'm currently looking to add some high density gym crash mats on top of the flooring i already use. They can be bough online in various sizes and thickness but i'd be keen to hear of any others who have used them.
