Support for my daughter

Hi everyone, I'm new here and feeling like I need support. My 15year old daughter was diagnosed with ASC in Jan and is in the process of being assessed for ADHD. She has struggled massively with her mental health - anxiety of various forms, OCD traits, paranoia, sensory issues, self harm, intrusive thoughts and suicide ideation. She's left mainstream school as it was too luch for her and is now in an alternatuve provision. She's had CBT therapy in the past, been given all the resources, tried lots of coping techniques, we've had hospital visits, ambulance call outs and finally had a meeting with CAMHS today.... who gave us even more resources and basically said that's all they can do. I am at a complete loss as to how to support her. She desperately wants help, but her ASC prevents her from opening up to people and telling them exactly how she feels, a lot of the time she masks then it all comes tumbling out at home. She is completely socially isolated and only sees the small group ofpeople at her alternative provision. Other than that she is at home with us. I want to try and get her some help to learn how to advocate for herself and to help regulate her emotions. It just feels like we hit barrier after barrier and no one is able to offer her any help other than telling her to deep breathe or put an ice cube on her arm. I get that that might work for some people but she just cannot believe that it would work and so has given up trying. Does anyone have any recommendations of alternative therapies geared up for neurodiverse people? Or any support groups who may be able to help her. We're in the Hampshire area
