What is the best way to keep teens struggling to stay on track who are begining to lack direction and may be drifting towards being on the periphory of offending out of or away from trouble untill they have established direction and have aquired motivation, and what facilities are alredy in place that can be utilised to help these vulnrable and sugestable individuals ? In my personal oppinion a remider of a time when life was much simpler could help a great deal and a tiny little bit of organised messing about time delivered in a positive proactive and preventative way in a safe friendly and accomodating enviroment could very well be the way forward, if for instance there is a gymnasium with a running track where teens who have forgotten how to be appropriate with their messing about time can attend and learn how to mess about in a more appropriate and fitting way. When the whistle sounds and the staff who are dressed up as marvel and disney characters etc shout the words " messing about time " all of the groupe must line up on the track in a follow the leader type bit of fun, the marching song is what they all must chant
" BEANS BEANS ARE GOOD FOR YOUR HEART,

The marching song is sang two times whilst marchiing and on the third repertition a set of warm up exercises untill warm up is compleated, then the same with a set of reguar exercises like sit up's, press up's, squat thrust etc are performed and then a set of cool downs and stretch off exercises, just marching and only as many as you can do untill strength, staminer and ability has built enough that all of the course can be compleated, then maybe graduate to more advanced exercises, with some running, sprinting leaping etc. It if a messing about revolution now fellas and it if a good one , shoulders back, chest out, chin up lets go !!!
