help neat juice becoming issue!

Hi, advice needed, anyone experiences before?? my little man is quite obsessed with food n drink in large amounts. Just recently he has taken a strong liking to neat juice (squash) straight from bottle n is willing to do anything to get it or get it back from us (when we take the bottle away)

I just wonder why he wNats to drink it undiluted all if a sudden?!? Also the large quantity of juice (any) he is consuming. Need ideas bar putting lock on my kitchen door (two baby gates already been broken down) I'm at a loss of wjat to do

Thanks x

  • Ahh thanks miffo,

    You defo was helping, cheers.

Dosie doh, hi, yes same here call them all obsessions as of age juice (squash) Is all he drinks won't have water obv no fizzy etc. So maybe the only way is to stop buying but my eldest HFA would feel very put out if he couldn't have because of brother.

Food and drink is a nightmare soon as knows it's there, Home he goes absolutely wild for more n more n more. He is defiantly not hungry!

So how do you get past your sons issues with food/drink  just ride with them and go with the flow? Sometimes I just think let him have it saves all meltdowns and aggression but when u know it's no good for them (neat juice) or the 11th ricecake in a row it's seems hard to allow.  Has your son always over ate? Far more than nessesery?

    Thanks Stacey x
